05/01/06 "NJ Young Playwrights Theatre Project" recently wrapped up. 10/12/05 "Head Trauma" had its private cast and crew screening in Tribeca with great success. Here's a quick blurb from the film's director, Lance Weiler's web-blog : "The cast and crew screening was a smashing success. Thanks to all those who braved the elements to see HT on the big screen. As I watched the movie from the rear of the theater, it felt like an out of body experience. The audience was engaged in the characters and the story. The scares worked wonderfully. It was such a thrill to watch a whole room jump out of their seats and then laugh nervously. As the movie ended the theater erupted in thunderous applause - it was overwhelming. I swear my heart skipped a beat. What a night, I wish I could live it over and over again. These are the moments that make up for all the pain it takes to make a truly independent film. A big thanks to all those who helped make the movie a reality."
